Esther "Mama" Simba began as a Tanzanian liaison for Peace Corps volunteers, forging connections that would change her community forever. She used those relationships to uplift families in Moshi, and years later founded Uweza Tanzania—a corporation ensuring her mission and impact will live on for generations to come.
